Natashi "Tish" Black is a lifelong Las Vegas native and respected community leader with deep roots in the 89030 area. She helped establish one of the city's early youth hip-hop dance teams and played a key role in revitalizing youth choir programs, creating opportunities for young people to develop their talents, confidence, and leadership skills.
